Our story
About Namaste Nest
Namaste Nest is a warm little home for children's yoga, mindfulness and movement. We believe every child deserves a space where they can wobble, giggle, rest and grow — with no pressure to be perfect.
Our mission is simple: give children practical tools for calm and confidence, and give parents complete peace of mind while they use them.

Adele Thomson — Founder & Children's Yoga Instructor
Adele is a qualified children's yoga teacher. She founded Namaste Nest after seeing how a few minutes of breathing and movement could transform a child's day.
Qualifications & checks
- 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200)
- Specialist Children's Yoga Diploma (ages 2–14)
- Enhanced DBS checked
- Paediatric First Aid certified
- Safeguarding Level 2 trained
- Fully insured for children's group instruction
